Introduction
Maintenance and Inspection Schedule
Inspect the inside of the Quench Tower paying particular attention to the condition of the lining. Repair as required.
Inspect the gas inlet and check for corrosion of the metal duct.
Remove and clean all spray nozzles. Replace as required.
Inspect and overhaul pumps as required.
