General	OJSC TANECO (the former name - ZAO Nizhnekamsk Refinery) was founded on 12th October 2005 having charter capital of 20,5 mln Rbls. Our Company started at the resolution of Tatarstan Republic Security Council dd. 09.06.2005 has proceeded with realization of a new step for Tatarstan Refinery development. This step aimed at implementation of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex — which is oriented at processing of 7 mln. tpa of High Sulphur oil into a wide range of petrochemical products — in Republican Petrochemical Center (Nizhnekamsk) is the main strategy for development of the Republican Gas and Petrochemical Complex the share of which amounts to 62 % of the Republic’s total output. The New Project will enable further processing of Hydrocarbon feed and provide development of regional and interregional integration of Republican Petrochemical Companies. ?JSC «??N?C?» is a construction client in Nizhnekamsk of Refining and Petrochemical Complex. The main coordinator of the Complex, as per RT Council of Security, is Tatneft Company. The Complex will include three inter-related production facilities: - Oil Refinery (crude first distillation) with the feedstock capacity of 7 MMTPA comprising the following units: Naphtha, Kero and Diesel hydrotreatment, Sulphur recovery and Aromatic Complex (aromatic hydrocarbons) - Deep conversion complex including the following units: Delayed Cocking, Hydrogen, Heavy Distillate Hydrocracking, Heavy Coker Gasoil Hydrotreatment, catalytic cracking Fluid , Sulphur Alkyllation, Sulphur Acid regeneration, Petcoke Gasification and Cogeneration, Base Oil production - Petrochemical complex will comprise production of Polypropylene, Linear Alkyl Benzene Pure Terephtalic Acid, and Polyethylene Terephtalate.
