| News | January 25, 2023 - Nuberg EPC declared that it was granted a 550
tpd Sulphuric acid plant project in Neratovice, Czech Republic, on an
EPC-based contract.  The project is possessed by a leading chemical
manufacturer, Spolana s.r.o, that is found on the Elbe riverbank in
Neratovice, Czech Republic. The chemical manufacturer is among the largest
chemical manufacturing firms in the Czech Republic.  The deal was
finalised at the head office of  Spolana, which is based in Neratovice, with
Mr. Sandip Kumar, Senior Manager, Business Development present there to
represent Nuberg EPC in the Czech Republic along with Spolana's management

be executed by Nuberg EPC on the basis of the latest Double Conversion
Double Absorption (DCDA) technology.  It is anticipated that the plant
will be operational three years, comprising stages one, two and three of the
projects. The firm is volunteering for the project on an EPC-based contract
involving technology.  The Sulphuric acid made by Czech Republic's 550
tpd Sulphuric acid plant project will be employed in applications based on
petrochemical and fertiliser. It will also find application in the mining
and processing certain minerals and ores for making batteries and etching
surfaces.  Also, Sulphuric acid is utilised to produce caprolactam,
which is further employed in nylon and perlon production, including the
textile and clothing industry.  Upon the project's receival, Mr. A. K.
Tyagi, MD, Nuberg EPC, stated that this agreement represents the competency
of Nuberg in incorporating intelligence and knowledge on the basis of
Engineering aspects.  It is a delight that Spolana chose their EPC services
