| News | September 23, 2010 - Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers
today announced that it has completed the transaction related to the
acquisition of fertilizer manufacturing facilities of Jairam Phosphates.
Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers had inked memorandum of agreement with
Jairam Phosphates to acquire their Fertilizer manufacturing facilities
(single Super Phosphate 66000 TPA and Sulphuric Acid 49500 WA) at
Rajnandgaon district, Chhattishgarh. May 31, 2010 -
Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilisers today said it has entered into an agreement
with Jairam Phosphates Ltd to acquire their fertiliser manufacturing
facilities, located in Chhattishgarh.
"The company has entered in a Memorandum of Agreement with Jairam Phosphates
to acquire their fertiliser manufacturing facilities (Single Super Phosphate
66000 TPA & Sulphuric Acid 49500 TPA)," Khaitan Chemicals said in a
filing to the BSE. The company,
however, did not disclose financial details of the deal. |
