Kaihua (Group) Co., Ltd. consists of Kaifeng Chemical Fertilizer Plant as
the nuclear company, Kaifeng Resin Plant, Kaifeng Xingda Co.,Ltd., Kaifeng
Qingshang Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. and Kaifeng Sanfeng Co., Ltd. as its
tight joint companies and 46 enterprises as its loose connection companies.
It is a comprehensive enterprise of chemical fertilizer, chemical industry
and other transtrade business. Located at the eastern suburb of Kaifeng, it
enjoys convenient transportation. It covers an area of 3,040,000 square
meters with more than 8,700 workers and staff, including 1,100 professional
technicians. There is a 13.5 kilometre special railway lines with 200 train
tanks and 128 various vehicles in the conpany. Its total assets is 900
million yuan with an annual output value of 580 million yuan. It has 8 production systems: synthetic ammonia, nitric acid, nitrophosphate fertilizer, catalyst, phosphorous fertilizer, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite and potassium sulfate. Besides, there are 4 series of fine chemicals: E-type epoxy resin, nonionic surfactant, KS series and industrial malt sugar. Its products of sulfuric acid ammonium nitrate, ammonium bicarbonate, S101 vanadium catalyst, sodium fluosilicate and ammonium sulfite have been chosen as the title of high-quality prodcuts by the Ministry of Chemical Industry and Henan Province. KS serial leather chemical products was awarded silver medal of national "Spark Plan" in 1991. Kaifeng Resin Plant is the exclusive producer of KXW-2 leather wax emulsion containing sillicon using special dyestuff importing from Russia. Acrylic acid and polyurethane coating finish agent have been appraised to supply gap in Henan Province in 1994. Its products have been sold to 27 provinces, cities and autonomous regions and exported to Japan, Korea, Russia and other countries and regions. |
