General In 2004 BCI launched its new subsidiary BCNC, which is based in Yanbu on the Red Sea coast. The plant produces Sulphuric acid, Battery acid and Sulphuric acid derivatives.  The commissioning of the plant took place in early 2005; the plant has been build by using state of the art technology assuring that the quality of its products being second to none.  Because Sulphuric acid has so many uses the industrial development of a country is sometimes measured by the amount of Sulphuric acid that is used each year.
