General Valero’s McKee refinery is a key hub for their mid-continent operations and maintains important connections to facilities throughout the south central United States. The refinery sends product via pipeline to north Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Oklahoma. It relies on a varying blend of domestically produced crude oil for feedstock supplemented with purchases of foreign sweet and light sour crudes.
