General | The Siilinjärvi site in Finland produces mainly fertilizers and phosporic acid, but also other industrial chemicals. Phosphoric acids are refined in the fertilizer production and also used in the animal feed industry. The Siilinjärvi site consists of a mine and several plants. The mine is the only producer of phosphate ore in Western Europe, and it produces phosphate, biotite and calcite. | |
